Important Reminders:

• We are finished with spelling and word wall words!

• • Tuesday, June 16^th:  Field Day!   We are the green team.  Please make sure that your child wears his/her green animal shirt or field day shirt (if you purchased one) to field day.  Our field day takes place in the afternoon, so we will be getting ready to go to the field shortly after lunch.  Lunch is from 10:50-11:20.  Parents are more than welcome to attend field day.
  •  The day for the first grade picnic and award ceremony is Friday, June 18^th.  Our classroom is signed up to bring Salty Snacks to feed the first grade.
  • Our awards ceremony will begin at 12:00 on Friday, June 18^th and the picnic will start at 1:45pm.  We would love to have parents help set up for the picnic between 12:45 and 1:45.
  • Tuesday, June 22^nd  – Last day of school (it is very important that the students are here on this day because we are going to be cleaning out the classroom and files and sending things home - - I am not allowed to release report cards before noon on this day)
